Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and experienced professional, who understands the challenges facing local government and the wider public sector but has a proven track record within an HR Business partnering environment supplemented with experience of contributing across the wider people and organisational development agenda.
You will need to convince us you can meet the demanding needs of our growing and diverse client base, providing employment advice and support whilst also bringing the commercial acumen and consultancy skills and capacity necessary to make a significant contribution to our challenging income targets.

Whilst this is a permanent role within our small team, we recognise the opportunities for development from the pool of talented and ambitious HR professionals from across the region and are happy to consider secondment arrangements up to 12 months where these are agreed with existing employers.
