We are seeking to appoint a highly organised HR Assistant, to deliver an efficient, effective and professional administrative service to the HR function at Stoke Park School and to colleagues across the Trust. As a CIPD qualified professional, you will work closely with the Trust’s HR Team and the School’s Headteacher to enable managers to carry out their people management responsibilities and ensure that the staffing needs of the School are met.

You will be committed to building brighter futures and with experience of successfully implementing administrative systems, you will be able to utilise your literacy, numeracy, ICT and communication skills, to establish positive professional working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and secure the smooth running of the School’s HR function.

Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, and with the ability to work at pace whilst producing consistently accurate and high quality work, you will ensure that safeguarding and data protection requirements are adhered to all times and that the HR function facilitates the achievement of educational objectives.

Experience of working in an education environment will be an advantage but is not essential; the successful candidate must be able to develop and maintain a good working knowledge of relevant statutory requirements, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment.

Work Pattern

37 hours term time only plus 3 weeks (41 weeks)
