Walsall Proud Programme

Walsall Proud Programme Management Office (WPPMO) is responsible for supporting the delivery of Walsall Council’s transformation Programme and Projects.  We have the following vacancy:

Project Support Officer

£19,623 - £22,883 per annum

The successful candidate will have substantial experience in an administration &/or project support role.  They will be able to provide a high standard of support to the Programme and Project Team in the successful delivery of programmes and projects. 

Tasks will include:

  • Updating and maintaining documentation on behalf of the Programme Management Office.
  • To assist with the development of project plans, ensuring that milestones are captured and tracked, risks and issues are captured and reviewed, budgets are tracked and outcomes are defined and tracked.
  • To assist with the planning and facilitation of workshops to a wide range of audiences including third parties, Elected Members, Senior Managers and end users.
