Apprentice HR / Learning & Development Administrator
Lichfield District Council HR Services has an opening for an Apprentice HR / Learning & Development Administrator for an initial period of up to 18 months.
With an emphasis on supporting the Workforce Development Business Partner, your role will encompass all elements of training administration, including coordinating training and workforce development programmes and offering support to learners, plus there will be the opportunity to be involved with some elements of generalist HR alongside the HR Advisor.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within Training / Learning and Development or HR, and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, together with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will be expected to undertake an appropriate Apprenticeship to level 3 – Business Administration or CIPD Foundation qualification - as part of their employment.
