Bedworth & North Warwickshire Children's Team are looking to recruit an Administrator to join the team.
Fixed term contract until September 2019
We are looking for a well organised team player to join our Business Support Team who can demonstrate good processing and IT skills, attention to detail coupled with excellent grammar to provide efficient support to the team.
You will be required to work proactively as a member of the Business Support Team to achieve the People Group, Social Care and Support Business plan outcomes.
To be successful in this role you’ll need previous administrative experience with good literacy and numeracy. This is a busy role so it’s important you have well developed organisational skills, are used to working under pressure to meet deadlines and are resilient. As one of the first points of contact for callers to the office, in person or on the phone, you’ll have good communication skills and be used to working with confidential information with tact and discretion. You will be able to analyse information to solve general queries; have good IT skills as well as the ability to work within a team and on your own initiative are also required.
