Group Manager – Placements and Sufficiency

Do you have substantial experience of working and managing care and accommodation arrangements for Looked After Children and Care Leavers.

We are looking for a senior manager to develop the best quality placement provision for our children and young people. This needs innovation, determination and drive to work within our own authority and within the region.

Is this you? If so this could be an opportunity for you to join our stable and experienced senior leadership team.

What can Worcestershire offer you?

A basic salary of up to £60,184 per annum

  • An allowance of up to £10,000 to eligible to recruits who need to move home as a result of accepting an appointment.  You can receive help towards removal expenses, legal fees, estate agents fees disturbance expenses and additional accommodation costs
