We are currently recruiting for Relief Visitor Services Assistants to join our busy café and shop team at The Market Hall Museum, Warwick.

Serving locally sourced cakes, award winning coffee and a selection of carefully selected teas, our café offers a family friendly space for all our visitors. Our shop selling quality souvenirs, toys, local art works and gifts offers a unique shopping experience for visitors to Warwick and the Market Hall Museum.

Shifts will be offered on an ad hoc basis to cover staff holidays and events when required. 


Key Requirements

Our Visitor Services Assistants at the Market Hall Museum are the public face of Heritage & Culture Warwickshire. They are passionate about promoting the Museum and its services, motivated to achieve targets and have excellent customer service skills. 
Excellent communication skills and good levels of numeracy and literacy are essential to this role. Experience of delivering excellent customer service within a retail or café environment is desirable, but enthusiastic entry level applicants are also welcome to apply as all training will be given.
