The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher, who is a practising Catholic, to work with the Headteacher and make a substantial contribution to the leadership and management of our good school. We are looking for an inspiring team player with vision, drive and energy to support the school on its journey to outstanding.

The successful candidate will:
• be a practising Catholic with a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and vision of the school
• be an outstanding classroom practitioner who engages and enthuses children
• demonstrate a clear desire for enabling progress and inspiring colleagues in raising standards
• be highly motivated with proven leadership skills
• recognise, support, utilise and develop the skills of all staff
• have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, challenge and motivate staff and children
• can support the Headteacher in the strategic role of raising standards of achievement – both academically and pastorally
