The headteacher and governors of Windmill Primary School are excited to be recruiting an experienced EYFS practitioner to lead and develop EYFS provision at Windmill, including our 30 place Nursery, with wrap-around care starting September 2019.
We are a hardworking, committed and supportive staff team and we attach huge significance to our school motto: 'Enjoyment, Achievement and Aspirations'. We want all pupils to love school and love learning; we strive to celebrate our successes and understand our failures; and we aim to broaden children's horizons by realising their potential.
We are sponsored by Community Academies Trust and we therefore strive to 'ensure excellence'.
We try to embrace the opportunities that teaching and learning in the 21st Century offers. Teachers and pupils are using technology more and more; harnessing the power of the web and the cloud to make learning dynamic and fast. We see the quality of feedback between teachers and learners as being a key to success.
