There is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the continued successful development of the Hereford Enterprise Zone (Skylon Park), enabling the growth of the local economy creating thousands of new job opportunities. In the near future the Hereford Enterprise Zone will develop major new developments such as a Cyber Security Centre and business incubation space.

The role’s primary responsibilities will be to;
• To organise the design, development and implementation of the necessary infrastructure investments to complete sales and development of Skylon Park
• To oversee and coordinate infrastructure works by the Council, investors and their contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery on site
• To lead on the overall maintenance and management of the Zone Estate.
