Finance and Office Support post at Leighswood Childcare (ref TV74018)
Level G3 SCP 12-17
16 hours a week (9am-1.00pm) Mon - Thurs
£6257 - £6803 (term time only)

Temporary in the first instant, possibly leading to a permanent post. 

Required for April 2019. We are looking for an efficient and friendly administrator to work in reception at Leighswood Child Care.

You will need:

  • Experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A high level, working experience, of Excel and Word
  • Good IT, Literacy, Numeracy and time management skills
  • To be able to communicate well with children, parents, carers and colleagues.
  • To be able to prioritise, use initiative and work under pressure.
  • High expectations and high energy levels.
  • Recent experience in an Early Years setting would be an advantage

 Responsibilities of the successful applicant:

  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Typing and using a variety of software packages
  • Welcoming and liaising with visitors, parents and different agencies
  • Handling, processing and recording cash, card and voucher child care fees
  • Diary management
