Salary Range: Grade 2 SCP 11 – SCP 24 £17,007 - £22,401 per annum (pro rata: £14,211 -£18,718)
Hours per week: 30.5 plus banked hours; Monday to Friday 8am to 3.30pm

Location: James Brindley Academy, initially based mainly at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, but could be employed at any James Brindley setting.
James Brindley Academy Hospital Sector offers co-education for children and young people from all parts of the UK. We are a successful school with a long and proven track record of providing high quality education for young people with varying health needs.
We are looking for an experienced Sector Administrator who is able to help manage all administration requirements across our Hospital/SPR Sector.
This is a busy and varied role supporting all aspects of the school’s administration functions. The position is based four days at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital, which is the central hub for our Hospital Sectors, and Fridays at our SPR
Willows Centre.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, with the ability to liaise between a variety of stakeholders including pupils, staff, health professionals and parents. An understanding of data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding is essential as is being approachable and having initiative to support developments within the centres.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
