Responsible to: Lead SEN Teacher
Salary Scale and Point: Level 2 SCP 11-17 (£11,556 - £12,688 term time actual)
Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week term time only
Ormiston Shelfield Community Academy is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work under the instruction/guidance of teaching staff/senior staff to undertake support/work/care programmes, to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
