Co-ordinator - (Pension Services)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Co-ordinator – (Pensions) Customer Connect to join an innovative and progressive Council. The roles will be an integral member of Dudley MBC’s team, delivering the Customer Connect element of a wider Transformational Programme, administering the Payroll/Pension Service.
Hours: 37 per week
As part of the Customer Connect Service the postholders will be expected to:-
Assist in providing a professional solution focused HR Customer Connect Transactional Service across the Council and Traded Services customers
Providing advice and support to managers and employees on HR transactional related matters including schools.
Provide day-to-day support to HR, Payroll and Pensions administrative staff. Supervision of allocated staff as directed by the Payroll, Pensions & Systems Partner or HR Manager – Customer Connect.
Working with other Co-ordinators across Organisational Development in ensuring effective scheduling and allocation of transactional activities including directorate, schools, recruitment/resourcing, casual and/or pensions transactions. Assist in providing a professional solution focused HR/Payroll transactional service. Undertaking a range of transactional activities including directorates, schools, recruitment and pensions.
You will be Studying for CIPP Intermediate Diploma, or hold an equivalent relevant qualification to NVQ level 4/HNC level. Willing to undergo relevant training. Evidence of continuous professional development.
