Family Connect Advisor
Scale 5
18.5 hours per week (Fixed hours Monday, Thursday, Friday am)
Telford & Wrekin Council has put Children and families at the heart of its' vision for the future. In reshaping our services, we have established Family Connect, a new multiagency partnership approach to safeguarding children and young people.
Family Connect operates a single point of contact for services accessed by the public and professionals to ensure that the right service is delivered at the right time, in the right place by the right people.
Family Connect is a frontline customer service providing a single point of contact for services connected with adults, children and, families.
The post holder working in the Family Connect service will be required to supply all stakeholders with timely Information, advice, guidance and support to ensure the right service at the right time can be accessed
The post holder will have a high level of knowledge and experience working with Children and Family Services. For further information on the role please click on the links below to view the job description and person specification.
This post is office based and will work within the hours of Monday-Friday 8.50am-5pm
