If you are successful in your application, you will be allocated a practice educator who will support you through the ASYE programme. In addition you will receive the support of your team manager and colleagues.

This includes access to an Individual Learning Account for you to spend on your development in addition to our continuous professional development programme.
You will need to have good communication skills, have knowledge of relevant legislation and be willing to work within our policies and procedures.
