32.5 hours a week (or job share)

Thomas Russell Infants’ School is a partner academy in John Taylor MAT. Our governors are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and hard-working teaching assistant to join our happy school.
Applicants must have current experience of working in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1. The successful applicant will work under the direction of the class teacher and Co-Headteachers. We are looking to appoint someone who is committed to achieving high standards, is comfortable on an area of additional support and will work closely with colleagues as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Annual salary – up to £18,426
Ideal candidate requirements:
- Current experience of working in EYFS and/or Key Stage 1
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A good team player who is confident to work collaboratively
- Passionate about supporting all pupils
- Experience of managing and running interventions
- Ability to use own initiative and be flexible
