ENTERPRISE AND CAREERS CO-ORDINATOR

• Band D – Actual Salary £18,973 - £26,565 (based on experience)
• Term time plus 2 weeks
• Hours 8-4 Monday to Thursday 8-3.30 Friday

We need a dynamic and inspirational person to lead on the creation, delivery and impact of the careers, business and enterprise programme at Grace Academy Darlaston.

We need someone to:

• implement the strategy agreed by our Leadership Team for careers, business and enterprise in line with statutory, national and local requirements and be the key practitioner on careers interviews and all aspects of careers provision in the academy
• encourage students, through the effective use of a variety of resources, to pursue aspirational careers
• Liaise with local business partners and other enterprise providers
• Promote all aspects of our careers, business and enterprise strategy ensuring it is communicated clearly to all stakeholders

Experience is preferred but training can be provided.  It is more important that you will be able to demonstrate unwavering commitment to raising student aspirations.
