Play Worker
Casual - 1 term until 31.8.2019
Salary: £10.01 - £10.32 per hour
We are looking to employ a Play Worker to work within our Early Years Department: The successful candidate will be based mainly in our lovely Pre-School Classroom which has its own purpose built outdoor area. In addition 2.75 hours will be required to be worked in our Before and After School club ensuring continuity for our children and there will be some lunchtime supervision.
You will need to be a flexible team member, who is passionate about ensuring a high quality education for all of our pupils. A nurturing approach, a can do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential The successful candidate will work closely with the Pre-School Manager and other staff in order to be aware of and respond appropriately to the needs of all children in our care
Millfields is a very welcoming school and its Pre-School is very much a part of the whole school. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who would like to gain experience in the Early Years.
The hours of work will be Monday 8.15am – 3.30pm
Tuesday 8.30am – 3.30pm, Wednesday 8.30am – 5.15pm and Thursday 8.30am – 3.30pm – 27.5 hours per week
