Site Manager - Highfields Primary School
Highfields Primary School requires a Site Manager as soon as possible. We are a friendly, supportive school with a strong ethos and a commitment to improving the outcomes and aspirations of all of our children.
We are looking to appoint a motivated, reliable and resourceful Site Manager of the highest quality to maintain and develop our fantastic school. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, flexible and able to work as part of a team. He/she will have good organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to work under their own initiative. Responsibilities will include;
- Improvement, maintenance and cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds;
- Ensuring that the building and site facilities are available for school use and other users, whenever they are needed;
- Supervision of members of the cleaning staff;
- Managing health and safety of site.
Working 37 hours per week, with anticipated working hours of 7am – 11am and 2.30pm – 6.00pm (3pm – 6pm on Friday).
