Job Title: Public Health Consultant (Fixed Term - 6 months)

Location: Jack Judge House, Oldbury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an interim appointment to Sandwell Council as a Consultant in Public Health.  The post holder will join an innovative team to support work across a number of domains of Public Health.  There may also be the opportunity to work beyond Sandwell on projects at a regional level.

We are looking for a systems leader who can communicate effectively and influence change across a wide range of stakeholders.  You will be committed to tackling the wider determinants of health as well as able to demonstrate a good range of core Public Health skills.  The position will be for 6 months in the first instance, with the possibility of extending this period.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a Disclosure Application Form and to provide criminal conviction information.
