Administration Officer – Legal Services

  • £17,012 to £18,495 per annum (pay award pending)
  • Full time, permanent

An opportunity has arisen to join an established administration team. The postholder will be required to provide typing and administration support services to Legal and Democratic Services and the Mayoral office.

The ability to demonstrate use of the Microsoft suite to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and to communicate effectively in writing and verbally are essential to this post. The postholder will also need to be able to use a legal case management system where training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision, effectively prioritise workloads and be proficient in both audio and copy typing of complex documents.  It would be beneficial for applicants to have experience of working in a legal environment.
