(Pro rata £17,996 – £21,727)
37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days

We are currently looking for a Head teachers PA, a vitally important role within the school to provide high quality confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Head teacher and Deputy Head teachers of the school. Your role will include, maintaining the Head teachers diary of commitments, providing appropriate organisational support, ensuring high quality communication in all media, support the Head teacher in all aspects of work within the School context including arranging meetings and contact with Governors.
You should have excellent organisational and ICT skills with experience of Microsoft Office. Be able to produce high standard and accurate work and maintain or develop such record keeping systems as the role requires. You need to able to work securely with confidential information and be able to manage others within the office environment. You need excellent interpersonal skills and be able to represent the school in a professional manner in all situations.
Holly Lodge is a mixed 11-19 school. Currently it has over 1450 students on roll, but this is increasing steadily due to the rapid improvement that the school has successfully made.
We are a thriving and exciting school, which has made significant progress in recent years. The school was described by OFSTED as a ‘Good’ school, fully committed to creating a culture of continuous school improvement, in the last inspection in February 2017.
Applicants should preferably have experience of SIMS or similar systems and have good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
