Job Details
You will work closely with the CEO, Trust Leadership team and all Academy leaders to shape the vision and culture for excellence in Mathematics across the Trust. You will work with a talented and committed team of mathematicians and act as the lead Mathematics professional. As such, you will need to possess specialist subject expertise, coupled with the skills and experience to assist mathematics staff, at all levels, to further develop pedagogy and practice, inspire young people and contribute to school improvement as part of the CLT extended leadership team. Your role will also include leadership of the Trust’s Mathematics Development Centre and team of Maths support practitioners.
