The Governors of Stoke Heath Primary School are excited to offer the position of Assistant Headteacher to a forward thinking, innovative leader with a passion for education. This is post instrumental in the development of the growing leadership team at Stoke Heath Primary School.

Children love the challenge of learning and the strong element of growth mindset that runs through the curriculum; supports their growing resilience. The new Assistant Head Teacher will be committed to leading Teaching and Learning across the whole school, you will bring creativity and innovation to further develop a Stoke Heath curriculum that meets individual needs, you will have passion and drive outstanding achievement and progress, expecting nothing less than the very best outcomes for our children and wider community.

You will be:
• A strategic member of our school leadership team with a 0.5 teaching commitment (could be reduced depending on the needs of the school)
• A dynamic teacher who can influence children within their care.
• A highly motivated and inspirational leader with a successful track record in working with children and families with a wide range of educational needs
• A leader with vision, creativity, drive and enthusiasm to continue the development of our school
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills that motivate, lead, support and challenge
• Committed to the safeguarding of children
