The Role

We are currently looking for an inspirational teacher to join our committed and motivated teaching team in September 2019. The class position could be either KS1 or KS2 dependant on the qualities and experience of the successful candidate. At Coleshill C of E Primary we are driven by our vision to create a school where everyone wants to be; pupils and staff alike. We value lessons that are inspiring, engaging (and often fun) to bring the joy of learning to our pupils. We are a church school and treasure our Christian distinctiveness which supports our pupils to understand the world around them in the context of a loving God. We are part of the Birmingham Diocese Multi-Academy Trust and have strong links with the other eleven partner schools giving rich opportunities for collaboration and professional development.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate must: 
Be able to support and be committed to upholding the vision and values of the school. 
Be an excellent classroom practitioner able to deliver consistently good creative lessons which engage and motivate pupils. 
Have a positive, determined and reflective attitude to leading learning for their pupils. 
Be able to work flexibly and supportively within a team.

As part of the appointment process, candidates selected for interview will be observed teaching in their own setting or at our school. Interviews will take place week beginning 29th April 2019.
