We are looking for a qualified primary teacher to join Offmore’s strong and supportive team as a member of our senior leadership team with responsibility for Curriculum development.

A practitioner who understands the importance of ‘purpose’ for our learners, giving our children a thirst for knowledge.
  • Someone who can model and disseminate high quality teaching pedagogy and practice to secure consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning for our children.
  • A candidate who has high expectations of behaviour and standards as well as a commitment to on-going professional development.

  • Good interpersonal skills, the ability to coach and mentor and work well as part of our supportive staff team.

Position Details
This is a class based position, however, out of class planning and management time will be offered as well as a TLR. Your focus as a leader will be to drive our enriching curriculum forward, supporting staff and ensuring strong outcomes of all children. As a key member of the SLT you will be given leadership training, to help support your ability to support key Teaching & Learning areas and the SLT.
