The Role

14.0 Hours per Week

Fixed term contract until 19 July 2019

Working 2 days a week, 8.00am – 4.00pm

(14 hours per week), term time only

Starting April 2019 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

Duties will include:

  • Providing Reception cover (both school offices, as required)
  • Updating pupil information using SIMS
  • Collecting and reconciling monies from clubs and activities
  • Dealing with admissions and correspondence
  • Processing stationery deliveries
  • Setting up and maintaining filing systems
  • Other general office tasks

Key Requirements

The successful candidate should have previous office experience and be proficient in the use of SIMS and Microsoft packages (eg Word and Excel).  Actual days of work would be open to negotiation.
