EXTENDED SCHOOLS EDU-CARER Level 2

(Temporary position)

Grade 4, 20 hours per week

Term time only + additional hours overtime

Forsbrook Nursery and Before and After School Club is an outstanding nursery situated within Forsbrook CE Primary School.  We offer care and education for children aged from 8 weeks to 5 years during term time only between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm.

We are currently recruiting to the post of Extended Schools Edu-carer to start from Monday 29th April 2019 or as soon as possible after this date.  This position will be required to work across all of the nursery rooms from 0 – 5 years and will also include work within the before and after school club.  The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ experience of working with under 0 – 5’s and will be qualified to at least NVQ 2 Level or equivalent.  This post would be particularly suitable for candidates who are keen for further professional development and who may be considering a future career in early years or teaching.

This is a 20-hour temporary post in the first instance but may include additional hours.  The hours of work will be between 7.30am – 6pm Monday – Friday, Term Time Only.  The successful candidate must be flexible and be willing to work the 20 hours anytime between 7.30am – 6pm.
