Job Details

This is a fixed term vacancy for 6 months.

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen in the Asset Management and Maintenance team. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to conduct fire risk assessments across a portfolio of high and low-rise housing stock and relevant business premises.

This role will require you to provide expert specialist fire safety support and advice. This post will also require you to be responsible for identifying all fire related risks and issues across the portfolio and design, arrange and oversee the necessary remedial actions and work packages.

You should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience regarding fire safety. You shall be able to competently undertake a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment in a social housing environment ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Excellent communication skills are essential with a good working knowledge of legislation and practical application within various premises.
