We are seeking to appoint an energetic individual to join our busy team and to help us deliver on a number of youth focused projects across the city of Coventry. Your remit will cover all sections of project support from content preparation to session delivery.

We are looking for someone with experience across a range of delivery mediums (Including: Education, Art, Dance, Drama, Music, Digital Media and Sport).

This particular role will engage with mostly female participants in a number of forums: one-to-one peer mentoring, small group work, large activity groups.

You will need the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your own workload with minimum supervision. Essential to the role is a passion and understanding of the relevant issues affecting young women and girls. A commitment to engage young people, from any background, in positive activities is vital. You will need the confidence to work with an array of professionals in order to support the PYF vision and objectives.

You will have excellent administrative skills including good numeracy and IT skills. Communication skills both written and verbally will need to be of a high standard, as will your organisational skills and attention to detail.

We meet the needs of young people by making our sessions accessible in every way; therefore you will need the flexibility to work at all times, including some evenings and weekends.

Work Pattern
40 Hours per week
12 months fixed-term contract ending March 2020
