We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and inspiring Headteacher to lead our hardworking supportive and welcoming staff. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of

SEN and Early Years practice and principles and be keen to demonstrate innovation and excellence in leading an outstanding special school.

We are looking for a Headteacher with:

• drive and passion for ensuring that all children achieve their full potential combined with strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills

• vision and a thirst to deepen knowledge and practice with the school

• innovative and inspirational leadership

• personal skills and qualities required to form and build positive relationships with parents, carers, SEN, specialist agencies, other schools and the wider community

• a desire to take on the challenges created by the changing face of primary and special education

We will provide:

• a positive, caring and supportive school ethos

• dedicated, committed and supportive colleagues and leadership team

• supportive governors and parents

• opportunities to work with experts from a range of disciplines

• opportunities to work beyond the school, including leading a joint teaching school
