Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire’s Rugby Dementia Day Opportunities Service offers a wide range of person centred activities to support individuals to live independently in the community for as long as possible. 

We are looking for a confident, motivated individual to act as Team Leader in our Rugby branch, based at The Claremont Centre.  You must have a professional approach with excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills to ensure effective service delivery, team management and contract compliance.

Experience of working with clients with Dementia is preferred.  A full driving licence and own transport are essential for this role.
