Position:      Teaching Assistant (individual support)

Contract:     Initial 1 Year temporary contract could lead to permanent

Salary          Grade 2

Hours:         15 hrs per week (Term Time only) initially

Start:           September 2019

The Governors are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Teaching Assistant

Applicants for the above should ideally be qualified to NVQ2 (or higher), GCSE or higher in Maths and English or have other relevant qualifications and experience.

We wish to appoint a caring, flexible and experienced teaching assistant to initially provide individual support to an early years child, but must be prepared to work anywhere within the school.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  The school is committed to safer recruitment practice and pre-employment checks will be undertaken before any employment is confirmed.  The post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
