Hours:  37 per week

Fixed Term contract for up to 12 months commencing June 2019

The Trust are recruiting for a Business Admin Supervisor to cover maternity leave and will be responsible for managing a team of Business Admin Officers.  

The post holder must be able to drive and direct the admin function to support the service areas in delivering an effective and efficient service through good leadership and being able to motivate and develop staff.

What you will need to be successful in this role:-

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Business Administration
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working at senior level within a business admin support function
  • Experience of supervising staff
  • Experience of work allocation including the balancing and communication of priorities
  • Be able to effectively delegate
  • Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong decision maker
  • Able to respond quickly to business needs and changing priorities.
