John Fletcher of Madeley Primary School is a two form entry school with approximately 399 pupils on roll from Reception to Year 6. We aim to meet the needs of every child academically, spiritually and through pastoral care, offering them as many opportunities as possible during their school life.

As an outstanding church school (SIAMS 2016) we are linked to both the Methodist Church and the Church of England and are continually strengthening and developing these links.

Our most recent Ofsted inspection (May 2017) reported that we are a good school (good in all 4 areas of inspection), repeating the findings from May 2013.

We require for September 2019 a committed, enthusiastic and successful class teacher to provide maternity cover.
