The Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Christian Headteacher who is committed to continuing to develop Harris Church of England Academy to achieve educational excellence and further developing the distinctive Christian character of educational provision.
The Trust operates 18 academies, with Harris the only secondary academy.

- a proven track record of developing and leading a team;
- the ability to work as part of a wider team with the Multi Academy Trust and LGB;
- a proven track record of effective and sustainable school improvement;
- excellent communication skills;
- to be resourceful and resilient in your leadership.
