MPS/UPS (£23,720 - £39,406) plus TLR 2(a) - £2,721.
Plus £2,000 relocation allowance
The Excel Academy is looking to appoint an ambitious individual who has a thirst for maths and who will take a lead for a key stage. This is a great opportunity to develop in a leadership role at the Excel Academy. A key focus is to continue to raise attainment and enjoyment in maths. The successful candidate will join a department which achieved the best results in the city and is in the top 6% of Maths departments nationally with a progress 8 score of +0.48 in 2018, projections for 2019 are equally positive.
The successful candidate will be committed to the highest standards of achievement and will be an outstanding practitioner, with a clear vision and a good track record in raising standards. The Academy boasts outstanding facilities, a new building and state-of-the-art learning environment. The maths team consists of highly qualified, effective practitioners: we are looking for an inspiring individual to join us and drive improvement further.
