Wilson Stuart School has recently been awarded Independent Specialist Provision status for its educational programmes for young adults aged 19-25 years with learning difficulties and physical disabilities. The Wilson Stuart UCB Partnership Trust (WSUCBPT), LIVE at The Hive study programme is designed to enable students to access work placements which match their career aspirations. We provide support to students whilst they are in the work place with a view to them gaining independent, meaningful, paid employment at the end of their studies at The Hive. The Hive College provides students the opportunity to participate in the very best education and training.

Wilson Stuart School is an Ofsted designated outstanding all age (2 – 25 years) Special School which provides very high quality education for up to 205 pupils and young people who have physical disabilities, and/or complex medical conditions. We have achieved an outstanding grade in our last 5 Ofsted inspections and in our last 2 inspections, the latest of which was February 2015, we were graded as outstanding in every single aspect of the inspection.

Our students are delightful, work hard and are keen to learn and the college and school are very happy and positive working environments. We have a comprehensive induction programme and friendly and very supportive staff along with excellent facilities and a superb environment to support teaching and learning.

We require Lunch Time Supervisors to supervise and help feed our students during the lunchtime break. The posts will also include some pastoral care and assisting with the physical care of pupils as and when required. Duties include supervising pupils during lunch time activities which may be outside or classroom based.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
