Grade 8 – Term time only (* TBC £26,317-£30,507 pro rata)

Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 4.00pm

The Governing Board of Millfield Primary School is seeking to appoint a seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and experience Office Manager for September 2019

The role is of vital importance to the smooth running of the school; the successful candidate would be expected to manage the school office, and support the Head teacher and other senior staff.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Have a friendly yet professional and respectful approach and be committed to meeting the needs of pupils, parents, staff, governors and other visitors to the school.
  • Have a knowledge of My Finance and HCSS budgeting tool and be able to assist in setting the school budget
  • Be familiar with SIMS system
  • Have knowledge of Capita Systems including HR and Payroll
