For September 2019 the school is seeking to appoint a well qualified and inspirational member of staff who will lead as SENDCO across the school and teach in either KS3 or KS2. The successful candidate will be a specialist, well organised, enthusiastic and keen to contribute to other aspects of school life.  You will have your own office base, administrative support for over two days per week and your own classroom base as well. Our small school is growing (3 form entry) and the staff team, which is balanced in terms of young and experienced professionals, will support experienced and new entrants to the profession. As a new member of staff recently said, “At Catshill I am able to focus upon being an outstanding teacher; in my previous school this was not possible.”  You will join a positive and extremely caring staff with a ‘can do’ attitude and pupil centred approach to teaching.
