Job Details

CONTROL CENTRE OPERATOR

£19,171 - £21,116

Fixed Term until 31 March 2020

Rugby Borough Council is looking to recruit a full time, enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and customer focused individual to work within our Control Centre team.

The successful candidate will be required to operate the councils Life Line system, provide CCTV monitoring and deal with the councils out of hours’ enquiries.

They will possess excellent customer service skills, a calm and confident manner and approach, competent PC skills and the ability to work in a close team, as well as occasional lone working.

Candidates must possess a full valid driving licence and have use of a car, have a keen eye for detail, report writing experience and excellent listening skills.

Experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or a call centre background, would be advantageous.  Flexibility to cover holidays/sickness is essential.
