Due to the increasing demand for places at our popular school we are expanding our provision for September 2019.

Student Support Manager - Required for September 2019
Scale 5 37 hours per week
Term Time + 5 PD days

To support the expansion plans we are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, creative and enthusiastic colleague to work alongside the existing Pastoral Team in supporting the emotional and academic welfare of our pupils. The successful candidate will be addressing the wide and varied demands of pupil wellbeing without the restrictions of a teaching commitment.

Suitable candidates must; be committed to the academic and emotional welfare of our children, have a clear vision for how their values underpin their approach to what can be an emotionally demanding role. This is a new development for Ercall Wood, in line with existing practice within the Trust, and an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of an innovative approach to supporting pupil welfare.

We can provide a high level of support and resources.The scope for this collaborative support is extended further though the LCT with additional trust wide opportunities to share practice and develop expertise such as Mental Health First Aid training.
