Holy Rosary is a 180 pupil Catholic primary academy situated in the East Park area of Wolverhampton, on a rapid journey to improve outcomes and provide an excellent education for all. “We believe with Christ at the centre, we will achieve excellence in education, as we all aspire to grow together to be the people God created us to be.”

Pope John XIII Catholic Multi Academy Company (MAC) Directors wish to appoint a practising Catholic who can evidence inspirational leadership to drive rapid school improvement in our school. The post is responsible to the Acting Catholic Senior Executive Leader, Directors and Academy Committee.

Pope John XXIII Catholic MAC offers:

The successful candidate will:

  • be a practising Catholic, committed to the ethos and purpose of Catholic education with a high level of competence in teaching in a Catholic primary school, and the ability to motivate staff, pupils and parents
  • have a proven record of successful leadership which has secured improved outcomes for all children at whole school level
  • be able to show evidence of high standards and expectations for behaviour, attendance and safeguarding
  • be able to show evidence of a high level of competence in presenting accurate evaluations and data to enable Academy Committee, Acting CSEL and Directors to monitor progress
