Wrap Around Care Manager - Five Spires Academy

Five Spires Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably qualified and experienced Wrap Around Care Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to create a wonderful new learning experience for young minds.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Knowledge and understanding of the provision of care and education of children in the Wrap Around Care Environment 

• Minimum of NVQ 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)

• Experience of working in an educational context, preferably a school

• A high level of drive and motivation

• An ability to relate to and get the best from children

• The confidence to lead a team of adults

• The ability to work collaboratively with staff

• The ability to work with parents and carers

• Good time keeping and procedures

• Knowledge of assessment procedures

• Excellent communication skills and a high level of personal organisation

• Experience of managing a budget, raising and monitoring invoices and Excel skills
