Rocklands School is a 120 place Generic Primary Special School located within the Cathedral City of Lichfield and is part of the Manor Hall Academy Trust.

The Local Advisory Board, Staff and Pupils aim to appoint a professional and dedicated Bursar to organise and take effective responsibility for Finance, Health and Safety and Facilities Management. Duties include: to line manage the clerical assistant(s), to administer all accounting procedures; provide financial management information to and directly advise the Senior Leadership Team;  to continuously monitor and review the Health and Safety Policy; to manage the school site including line management of Site Supervisor and liaison with contractors in connection with major building works.
