We are looking for a Deputy Head who will work with the Head teacher to drive school improvement, raising standards for all.

We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about children and their learning, with understanding and experience across the primary age range
Committed to developing the whole child to succeed beyond St Michael’s
Driven by high expectations of themselves, staff and pupils
Able to inspire, support and motivate others, with strong and proven leadership skills and the ability to positively and effectively manage change
Experienced in using coaching and mentoring skills to inspire staff
Able to develop excellent relationships with the whole school community to ensure all children are able to succeed
Resilient and hardworking and able to role model to those around them.
