EYFS/ KS1 Class Teacher

The Role

Fixed term contract until : 31 July 2020

We are a welcoming infant school with happy pupils, supportive families and Governing body. We have rapidly improved and have big plans for the future. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative class teacher to join our school from September 2019. This will initially be a 1 year fixed term contract.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will be: 
• passionate about making learning experiences exciting, memorable and fun 
• have recent EYFS or KS1 experience 
• a creative, reflective, dedicated teacher who strives to provide the best possible learning opportunities for the children 
• knowledgeable about how children learn and how to deliver a creative curriculum 
• able to create an inspiring and purposeful learning environment 
• an excellent classroom practitioner who is confident they consistently deliver good or better lessons 
• fully committed to ensuring that all children achieve high standards and make good progress 
• a good communicator, able to build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents 
• a good team-player, willing to contribute to the wider life of the school
