The governing body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic minibus driver to join our Support Services Team to operate an after school minibus service transporting students home, plus other casual driving and janitoring as and when required.

The King’s Church of England (A) School is a rapidly growing and improving school which was judged as ‘Good’ in all areas by Ofsted in November 2017. We moved into a brand new £14.2 million building in November 2016 which boasts enhanced learning spaces and cutting edge technology to support the learning of our students.

Applications are welcomed from individuals who can support the school in ensuring that the site and building are presentable to all members of our community and assist in transporting students and staff by driving the school minibus. A full list of duties is included in the job description.

This is an exciting career opportunity to join a strong team of highly committed and enthusiastic professionals working towards increased excellence in education.

As a Church of England school with a strong Christian ethos, the Governors particularly welcome applications from candidates who are practising Christians.

If you are interested in joining our team of dedicated professionals, we would love to receive an application from you.

To apply for this post, please download the application from the school website. Applications should be returned directly to the school by email/hand/post addressed to Miss M Till (mtill@thekings.staffs.sch.uk).

This School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people/vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This position is subject to a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB) which will require you to disclose details of all unspent and unfiltered spent reprimands.
