The Governing Body of Powick CE Primary School is seeking to appoint two teaching assistants (one permanent role and one temporary role).  We are seeking a teaching assistant for our Reception class and another teaching assistant to work across Key Stages 1 and 2 to provide support for children in class and through interventions.   The successful candidates will be expected to provide general classroom support when required, working alongside the classroom teacher and to deliver programmes of learning to specific individuals / small groups of pupils. Experience of working with age groups across the primary age range is desirable. Applicants should state any areas of expertise they may be able to bring to the school.

The duties and responsibilities allocated to the post will be based on the skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications of the individual appointed, which will determine the salary grade.
